This RFID device reads the popular RFID tags running in the 13.56 Mhz band (ISO14443). Each tag has its own unique identification number, which is sent through 1-wire bus by emulating a DS1990A iButton.
Features
- reads RFID tags running in the 13.56 Mhz band
- data are sent by emulating a DS1990 iButton
- plastic casing
- designed to be mounted with glue
- side-conduction of the flat wire
- standard wire ~40 cm
- no series resistor required, simply connect LED anode to the plus, e.g. the power supply (** please check notes below)
- low-cost
Programming
Supported 1-wire commands:
- 33h (Read Rom)
- F0h (Search Rom)
The emulated 64-Bit ROM consists of:
- CRC (1 Byte)
- 0x00
- RFID Serial number (5 Bytes)
- Family Code DS1990 (0x01)
Applications
- Cash registers
- Time and attendance
- Access control
Pinouts
Red | Power supply (6.5-30 volts DC) |
Black | Ground |
White | 1-Wire Data |
Green | Anode LED |
** Caution
LED connected in series with a resistor 220R has a cathode connected to the negative power supply. LED is activated when is connected to plus of power supply. To connect more than 5V, it is advised to use external resistor to avoid exceeding the maximum LED current.
