This RFID device reads the popular RFID tags running in the 125 kHz band (Manchester coding). Each tag has its own unique identification number, which is sent through 1-wire bus by emulating a DS1990A iButton.
The color of the cable may vary.
Features
- reads RFID tags running in the 125 kHz band
- data are sent by emulating a DS1990 iButton
- plastic casing
- additional plastic casing provides special protection from interference with water
- standard wire ~40 cm
- M*12 thread
- bi-color LED
- joining colors green and red we get orange
- no series resistor required, simply connect LED anode to the plus, e.g. the power supply (** please check notes below)
- low-cost
Programming
Supported 1-wire commands:
- 33h (Read Rom)
- F0h (Search Rom)
The emulated 64-Bit ROM consists of:
- CRC (1 Byte)
- 0x00
- RFID Serial number (5 Bytes)
- Family Code DS1990 (0x01)
Applications
- Cash registers
- Time and attendance
- Access control
Pinouts
Yellow | Power supply (6.5-30 volts DC) |
Gray | Ground |
White | 1-Wire Data |
Green | Anode green LED |
Brown | Anode red LED |
** Caution
In case of connecting anode to the supply higher than 5V it is advisable to use an external resistor preventing from exceeding the maximum current suitable for LED.
